Swim Wise

Swimming near a mile per day, this author has no more energy for negative energy.

Being deprived of excess energy requires this author’s body system to spend the remaining energy wisely. 


Post recovery, his body has more potential for greater energy output than it had before he began his serious swimming series.

About Progress

Progress is created by moving towards a goal or point.

Discover techniques to proceed more efficiently.

Nested goals, smaller goals within larger goals, make for achievable and measurable progress.  Sometimes, when no goal exists - an arbitrary goal serves better than no goal at all.

Achievement is merely completion of a goal.  The weight and measure of an achievement is relative to respective observers.
