When hurt, be at peace.
In the peace from acceptance of the hurt, a kernel of truth may illuminate a way to heal.
Not accepting the hurt will only lead to more hurt.
Healing will take effort and time and is worth every morsel of each. Hurting, also, takes effort and time and only leads to more hurt. Hurts can be any negative judgments, unhealthy choices, or contractive thinking. Hurtful thoughts, if dwelled upon, simply create more hurt.
How to heal?
Begin with being at peace.
Hurt leads to more hurt. The cycle of hurt is interrupted when met with peace.
