The author enjoys reading the “Feynman Lectures on Physics,” particularly chapter 38, the last section, regarding one’s neck-out in making discovery.
In his terms, neck-out meant vocalizing and actioning the crossing of a believed boundary of reality by an individual or small group, perhaps backed by a larger group. This larger group may or may not be in alignment of the intended boundary crossing.
What courage one must take in speaking against the obvious to the most lay or influential.
The populus, or anyone, vehemently oppose ideas which obscure their perception of reality.
Coming to an understanding of reality helps bring joy and enlightenment to an individual, and if understood well, joy and enlightenment to their environment.
What amount of acceptance is required to understand reality? A universe full of acceptance for all that is probable is required to understand reality!
