To whom do you give your precious time and unique energy; and, for what connection?
Do you gain anything for yourself in service? Or, do you become more bound to the service of the Master?
Perhaps a give and take exists between the Master and servicer, a balance skewed significantly in favor of the former.
For a Master to exist, they need servicers. The world is full of [courageous, strong, wise, cowardly, weak, ignorant] service members willing to bend and bow to serve a Master, conforming to the cult and culture of the Master.
A Master also provides a service, not to the servicers, but to other Masters. So, in this way, Masters are also servicers.
