Inspired the author was to draft and publish “Passing Moment,” from his time in a smoking cessation group. He can’t attend the group forever. Gay is he that the group was available for him when he was ready to say “No” to death sticks (cigarettes).
In the early days of 2011, one particular dirty Flemington law enforcement officer overstepped his due diligence. The author was charged for less than 0.2 grams of marijuana. The author paid the fine and completed his one-year probation but the effect that adjudication caused him in switching from sweet green ganja to filthy brown tobacco lasted for nearly 13 years.
The dirty State has since legalized the simple herb; which at the time of the author’s arrest, was considered by the State to be the most dangerous herb. The war on ignorance continues.
